Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service processes based on customer insights.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
- Support the training and onboarding of new employees by sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support applications.
