Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, space plans, layouts, and design solutions for Retail and Corporate projects.
- Prepare professional presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Support teams in developing creative and commercially feasible design solutions.
- Assist with BOQs, technical documentation, and design coordination.
- Conduct site visits, where required, to verify design requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and workplace innovations.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant architectural qualification.
- 💼 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interior design, or corporate/retail design projects.
- 💻 Proficiency in design software and presentation tools.
- 🤝 Strong communication, coordination, and creative problem-solving skills.
