About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and polished Practice Manager to oversee the operations and patient experience of a luxury clinic in Dubai .
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a premium healthcare or aesthetic practice, with a strong understanding of clinic operations, VIP patient experience, team leadership, service excellence, and regulatory standards .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic , ensuring efficient workflows and consistently high service standards.
- Manage and lead clinical and administrative teams, supporting performance, coordination, and professional development.
- Oversee the complete patient journey and VIP experience , ensuring exceptional and personalized service at every touchpoint.
- Maintain the high operational and service standards expected within a luxury clinic environment .
- Monitor appointments, staffing, resources, patient feedback, and overall practice performance.
- Support patient retention, relationship management, and business growth while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Ensure clinic operations comply with DHA requirements, internal policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulations .
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- European candidates only.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience , with proven experience managing a luxury/premium clinic or healthcare practice .
- DHA license/eligibility is preferred , where applicable to the candidate's professional background.
- Strong experience in clinic operations, team leadership, VIP patient relations, and service excellence .
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Polished and professional presentation with the ability to engage confidently with high-profile and discerning clientele .
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of patient retention and practice performance.
- Available to join preferably by December .
