As a Game Chat Moderator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring chat interactions, fostering positive communication, and maintaining community standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-game chat and interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
• Engage with players to promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
• Identify, address, and escalate inappropriate behavior and content promptly.
• Respond to player inquiries and provide support related to chat moderation policies.
• Document moderation actions taken and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and community engagement.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in online moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in moderating content.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for gaming and creating a positive user experience in online communities.
