About this role
Dunes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team for our ongoing projects located in Sheikh Zayed City .
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Direct, monitor, and manage daily site labor and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Execution & Quality Control: Oversee structural (concrete) and finishing works, ensuring they strictly match shop drawings, technical specifications, and consultant requirements.
- Quantity Surveying: Conduct regular on-site quantity surveys and measurement verifications to review and approve subcontractor invoices.
- Coordination: Liaise constantly with the Technical Office to resolve any drawing discrepancies promptly and prevent site delays.
- HSE Compliance: Strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and regulations on-site.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid, proven experience in site execution (Structural & Finishing works).
- Technical
Skills
- Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings, with strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Interpersonal
Skills
- Strong leadership, firm personality, and excellent problem-solving skills to manage site challenges and communicate effectively with subcontractors and laborers.
