What you’ll do
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
- Help with orders, payments, deliveries and complaints
- Find smart solutions and make sure every customer gets a great experience
- Share ideas and solutions with your international colleagues
- Most importantly: turn every customer into a happy customer!
Requirements
- What we’re looking for
- Fluent Norwegian and good English
- A customer-focused and positive attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with different digital tools
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
