[Job Summary]

To build the organization Human Resource foundation for sustainability. This position is responsible for the overall management and administration of all areas of Human Resources, including payroll, training and development.

[Job Description]

Main Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources
• Overall Administration all aspects of employee relations
• Reporting
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI reporting to all levels of the organization.
• Make and review all CPs related to HR Team
• Oversight of Payroll Processing and system implementations, Benefit Administration, Training ...etc
• Support management on policy administration
• Skills Required
• Deep understanding on local labor law
• Good communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written

• Project Management Tools
• Familiar with HR software/ systems as well as MS office
• Understanding on working with HRMS and Payroll systems, UKG Preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree .
• Experience in related industrial environment
• International mind set
• 10+ years HR Management experience
• Experience managing Benefit Administration, Health and Wellness and 401k programs
