This role is perfect for individuals who are not only fluent in Finnish but also have a passion for e-commerce. In this position, you will be essential in providing exceptional online shopping assistance to our Finnish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order status, returns, and payment options.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
- Keep updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and resolution.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
- A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
