About this role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Reconstructive Surgeon holding a UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) to join a leading healthcare facility in Doha,Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in reconstructive surgical procedures, managing complex tissue injuries and defects, and restoring function and appearance following trauma, disease, or previous surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconstructive surgical procedures in accordance with specialist training and clinical privileges.
- Assess patients requiring reconstruction following trauma, burns, cancer surgery, or congenital conditions.
- Develop individualized surgical treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide preoperative assessments and postoperative care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical teams.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to international clinical and patient safety standards
Requirements
- Recognized specialist qualification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery or the relevant surgical specialty.
- UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in the relevant specialty.
- Relevant consultant-level clinical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in reconstructive surgical procedures.
- .Eligibility for the appropriate Qatar medical licensing classification.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills.
