Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Nevada
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Job Summary
We have a full-time opportunity for a Nevada LCSW to provide behavioral health services through telehealth. The position involves working with clients who may be dealing with emotional concerns, difficult life circumstances, family issues, or changes that are affecting their mental health. You will be responsible for managing your clinical work, communicating with clients throughout treatment, and coordinating with other professionals when additional support is needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical evaluations and review relevant client history
- Provide individual behavioral health services through virtual appointments
- Determine appropriate goals and interventions for each case
- Help clients address emotional, social, and everyday challenges
- Provide clients and families with appropriate resources and information
- Review changes in a client’s needs throughout treatment
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in Nevada.
- Experience working with older adults is a plus.
- Strong background in conducting assessments and creating actionable interventions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
