Responsibilities

• Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably: Data centres Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of:
• -PAM contracts (Malaysia)
• -Contract administration
• Claims and variation management
• -Procurement and tendering
• -Cost control and budgeting
• -Dispute Resolution
• Data Centre-Specific Experience Scope:
• -Leading QS teams.
• -Stakeholder management with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• -Negotiation and risk management.
• -Strategic planning and commercial decision-making

Requirements

• -Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• -Work Experience 12–15 years of relevant experience in construction contracts and commercial management.
• -At least 5 years in a senior management position (Senior Manager, Head of Contracts, AGM level, etc.).
