What you will do

• -Manage package cost control, budgeting, and monthly CVR reporting
• -Administer subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• -Prepare client progress claims, variation submissions, and contractual notices
• -Identify commercial risks and schedule impacts early in site delivery
• Experience you need:
• -QS degree with established main contractor site delivery background
• -Proven track record handling complex building, industrial, or high-tech builds
• -Hands-on expertise in progress claims, variations, and cost control
