About this role

Job Summary:

The Business Process Management Specialist is responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and continuously improving business processes to create a structured, efficient, and less management-dependent organization.

The role works across departments to establish clear processes, policies, responsibilities, controls, and automated workflows that reduce unnecessary management intervention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify activities, decisions, recurring issues, and management dependencies that require process development or improvement.
  • Map current-state processes and design efficient future-state processes.
  • Design end-to-end processes covering responsibilities, approvals, handoffs, business rules, exceptions, and controls.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, guidelines, work instructions, forms, and related process documentation.
  • Clarify process ownership, responsibilities, and decision authority with relevant managers.
  • Analyze and improve processes by addressing bottlenecks, duplication, unnecessary approvals, manual work, and control gaps.
  • Build and maintain workflows in Process Street, including forms, approvals, conditional logic, assignments, deadlines, and automations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation and system integration in coordination with relevant system owners.
  • Define process KPIs and controls to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Support process testing, implementation, training, and adoption across departments.
  • Maintain process and documentation governance and continuously improve implemented processes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Process Street is required.
  • Experience in Business Process Management, process improvement, or a closely related field.
  • Strong experience in current-state process mapping and future-state process design.
  • Experience developing processes, SOPs, policies, business rules, and workflows.
  • Good understanding of BPMN or other structured process-mapping methods.
  • Ability to understand cross-functional operations and translate business requirements into practical processes.
  • Experience with workflow automation, integrations, or business systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with department managers and process owners.
