Shift Lead (Part-Time)

Starting pay: $20-$22/hr, depending on experience, plus tips

We are hiring Shift Leads to support restaurant management and guide team members in delivering friendly, thoughtful service in a clean, engaging environment. New Shift Leads are first trained as team members during a trial period, then given full lead responsibilities once all duties are learned. Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure service excellence, embodying our core values: Shine, Compassion, and Drive
• Assist with food preparation and service on a daily basis
• Prep according to par levels and follow cleaning and prep checklists
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Complete shift administration tasks
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations regarding cleanliness and food safety
• Oversee team break schedules
• Conduct regular inventory checks to keep the restaurant fully stocked
• Communicate with the back-of-house team to ensure timely food preparation
• Perform taste tests to maintain quality standards
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

• Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn all team member duties before taking on lead responsibilities
