Key Responsibilities

- Resolve technical and coverage-related issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our insurance database systems.

- Stay updated on changing insurance regulations and product offerings to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
- Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering excellence in every client interaction.
- Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
