  • Lead SEO, including optimisation for AI-driven and answer-engine search (GEO), local search and Google Business Profile
  • Plan and write regular content such as blogs and case studies, using AI tools to speed up drafts while keeping quality and accuracy high
  • Edit simple videos and graphics to support content and social channels
  • LinkedIn, Social & Campaigns
  • Build and run the LinkedIn presence for the company and its people, with a regular content calendar
  • Plan and run email and campaign activity to nurture leads and promote services
  • Test paid or local campaigns when they make sense, such as search or local advertising.
  • Reporting & Client Offering
  • Track traffic, leads, and campaign results, and report simply to the Director
  • Over time, help develop a basic marketing report that the Director can offer to his clients as a value-added
  • service

Requirements

  • Non-negotiable
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally for B2B, professional services or IT, with both strategy and hands-on execution
  • Strong SEO knowledge, including content and technical basics, and awareness of AI and answer-engine search
  • Excellent written English, able to write clear, credible content for business buyers
  • Experience managing LinkedIn for a business and building a content calendar
  • Comfortable editing website content (for example in a CMS or website builder) and using AI tools to work faster
  • Able to audit, prioritise and work independently with limited direction
  • Strong Plus
  • Experience marketing managed IT, cyber security, cloud or telecommunications services
  • Experience with simple video editing (for example CapCut) and design tools (for example Canva)
