About this role

Cleafy is looking for a Cyber-Fraud Technology Partner to join our Customer Operations team, embedded with a strategic tier-1 banking client in Mexico.

As Cleafy’s on-site expert within the client’s cybersecurity and fraud prevention teams, you will strengthen their threat detection and response capabilities, turn platform data into actionable recommendations, and act as the bridge between the client and Cleafy’s regional, technical, and product teams.

What success looks like

Success isn’t just about mastering the platform — it’s about helping the client see its business impact and becoming the go-to reference for the bank’s cybersecurity and fraud teams and their leadership. Concretely: the bank sees Cleafy as an indispensable partner in its cyber-fraud defense strategy, you are trusted to communicate directly with both analysts and C-level executives, and the insights you draw from real-world attacks feed directly into Cleafy’s roadmap and customer success stories.

How we’ll support you

You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll go through a structured onboarding, supported by senior Cleafy specialists from day one, with ongoing backing from our global experts well beyond the ramp-up period. You’ll work closely with Cleafy’s regional team, serving as the point of continuity throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the resident platform expert, supporting the client’s teams in incident detection and response.
  • Investigate attacks and suspicious activity (malware, Account Takeover, mobile threats, coordinated campaigns) and extract actionable insights.
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations for both analysts and executives.
  • Guide the client through the adoption and rollout of new platform capabilities.
  • Share client needs and business outcomes with Cleafy’s Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Must-have
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat detection, incident response, fraud prevention, or digital risk.
  • Hands-on experience with SOC or detection tools (SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, fraud and cybersecurity monitoring).
  • Knowledge of the threat landscape targeting digital banking.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain technical topics in business terms.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Nice-to-have
  • Fraud prevention experience at a bank, FinTech, MSSP, or consultancy.
  • Experience at a cybersecurity or fraud solutions vendor, or in a client-embedded role.
  • Familiarity with behavioral analytics, malware analysis, or mobile security.
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
