About The Role
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its paediatric outpatient, inpatient, preventive and developmental care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Pediatrician to join its clinical team. The role offers internationally trained specialists the opportunity to practise in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse patient population, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, family-centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide consultant-level paediatric care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced healthcare professionals, modern diagnostic facilities and comprehensive paediatric services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Diagnose and manage common paediatric conditions, including infections, asthma, allergies, growth concerns and developmental issues.
- Support immunisation programmes, preventive healthcare, nutritional counselling and family education.
- Coordinate care with neonatology, paediatric subspecialists, emergency medicine and allied health teams.
- Recognise and manage acutely unwell children, coordinating safe admissions, specialist referrals and escalation of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with child safeguarding, consent, patient safety and UAE healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Pediatricians holding recognised qualifications such as:
- American Board certification in Pediatrics.
• UK Cct / Mrcpch / Frcpch.
- European Board certification or recognised national specialist qualification in Paediatrics.
- Royal College certification (Canada) in Paediatrics.
- Australian Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with paediatric training.
- Arab Board certification in Paediatrics.
- MD / DNB / FCPS or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification in Paediatrics.
Applicants from the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America are welcome, subject to eligibility for UAE medical licensing and facility credentialing.

Final compensation is aligned with board certification, years of experience, subspecialty expertise, procedural scope and licensing eligibility.
