Freelance Trainer & Associate Consultant
(Luxury Retail / Customer Experience)
Location: Japan | Engagement Type: Freelance / Project-based

This is not a generic training role. You are expected to deliver impactful training and translate business challenges into actionable behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery (Core): Deliver workshops for frontline and managers on service excellence, VIC clienteling, sales and leadership.
- Business Translation: Translate business issues into behavioral standards and training solutions linked to KPIs.
- Content Adaptation: Customize CXG frameworks and localize for APAC.
- Light Consulting Support: Support workshops and provide structured feedback.
Requirements
- Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable)
- Luxury / Premium Brand Experience: Must have hands-on experience (retail, clienteling, L&D).
- Training Experience: Experience training frontline and managers with strong facilitation skills.
- Business Understanding: Ability to connect training with business outcomes.
- Preferred Profile
- Store manager / L&D / consulting experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in the automotive industry highly preferred.
- Language: Japanese & English delivery
- What We Do NOT Look For
- Generic trainers without retail experience or purely theoretical profiles.
