Food Service Worker

About this role

We are seeking dependable and motivated Food Service Workers for temporary and ongoing assignments throughout the Boston area. Food Service Workers will assist with meal service, food preparation, setup, and general food service operations in a variety of hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, portioning, and serving food.
• Set up and maintain food service stations.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and customers.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized serving and dining areas.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist kitchen and food service teams during busy meal periods.
• Perform additional food service duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow food safety and handling procedures.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.
