In this role, you will partner with commercial property managers and business owners to identify facility service needs, coordinate solutions, and ensure exceptional project execution. Essential

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value.
• Business Development
• Identify project opportunities through existing clients, referrals, and strategic networking.
• Conduct site visits and develop tailored facility solutions.
• Project & Service Coordination
• Coordinate project execution between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project performance and customer satisfaction.
• Account Growth
• Generate recurring revenue through exceptional service and business development.
• Present proposals and close project opportunities.

Requirements

• Education & Training
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience
• 2–3 years in a B2B sales environment preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Hunter sales mindset; goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with detailed follow-up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.

Compensation: $60,000+ Annual Base Salary & Monthly Car Allowance & Monthly Commission & Quarterly Bonus
