About this role

Who we are:

We’re M. ROSENFELD — a dynamic European e-commerce company that’s been exporting our own brands to the USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, and the UAE for over 7 years. Our main sales channels are Amazon and European marketplaces, and our mission is to build recognizable, high-quality brands with our own products that customers love. Right now our growth focus is on European marketplaces and the UAE.

If you want to be part of a team that launches top-performing products under its own brands and manages a full portfolio of Amazon projects — this is your chance!

Who we’re looking for:

We’re searching for a proactive and analytical Product Manager who will not only manage Amazon accounts but also develop and grow products strategically — from market research and listing optimization to launches and scaling.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee and grow our Amazon accounts across European marketplaces and the UAE
  • Analyze sales dynamics, product performance, and market trends to make data-driven decisions
  • Conduct competitor research and identify new opportunities for product positioning and growth
  • Collaborate with content, and design teams to create listings that convert — titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, images, and packaging
  • Manage product launches from idea to execution, monitor results, and run A/B tests
  • Plan and execute promo campaigns, coupons, and Lightning Deals to maximize visibility and sales
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and advertising teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Track key metrics (sessions, conversion, TACOS, reviews, ranking) and prepare regular reports with improvement suggestions
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and help shape our portfolio strategy.

Requirements

  • What we expect from you:
  • 2+ years of experience in Amazon
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, and listing optimization principles
  • Strong analytical mindset — you love working with data and turning insights into action
  • Experience with product launches and post-launch analysis
  • English — Intermediate or higher
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • It’s a big plus if you:
  • Have hands-on experience with Seller Central or Helium10/JungleScout
  • Have knowledge of other marketplaces such as Temu or Allegro (Europe)
  • Have worked on product development — from idea validation to go-to-market strategy.

Benefits

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • A growing European company with room for career growth and new responsibilities
  • Flexible working hours and a remote-friendly environment
  • Transparent communication and minimal bureaucracy — we focus on results, not processes
  • Exciting challenges, space for initiative, and a supportive team that shares your drive for excellence.
