About this role

Our Junior Architect will support the design team in managing the architectural and design-coordination scope of the project from the owner’s perspective. You will review and coordinate architectural packages, support permitting, liaise with the sales team on technical matters, and ensure the design develops in line with the brief, operator/brand standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Review architectural deliverables from external design teams for consistency with the project brief, operator/brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support coordination of the architectural package with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior-design disciplines.
  • Manage requests from the sales team — responding to technical clarifications and preparing and coordinating the documentation required for the sales process (e.g. unit drawings, areas, specifications, and supporting design information).
  • Assist with permitting and approvals —tracking documentation, and liaising with authorities and consultants on building-permit and licensing matters.
  • Maintain design-review logs, transmittals, and the project coordination record.
  • Support FF&E and finishes coordination, sample/mock-up reviews, and verification against specifications.
  • Attend design workshops, site visits, and progress meetings; prepare minutes and action lists.
  • Assist with quantity checks and design-stage cost verification.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma/degree in Architecture (5-year diploma or equivalent).
  • 0–2 years of experience; internships or thesis work in architecture, hospitality, or mixed-use projects are an advantage.
  • Skills & Tools
  • AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with rendering tools (e.g. D5, Enscape) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Greek building regulations and the permitting process.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong visual and spatial judgement, attention to detail, and good coordination skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience
  • Group Private Health & Insurance Program
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Participation in the Company’s Annual Bonus Program
  • A modern, friendly, creative, and constantly evolving work environment
  • Continuous support for personal and professional development
