About this role

We’re looking for an experienced PR & Communications Manager to lead key client accounts, communication strategies, team performance, and account growth.

This is a leadership role , reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own some of our most important client relationships and lead the team responsible for delivering high-quality communications work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage key client relationships and act as their senior communications counterpart.
Develop communication strategies, positioning, messaging, campaigns, and crisis communication plans.
Lead and mentor the account and communications team.
Review and maintain the quality of Arabic, Kurdish, and English communications.
Manage campaigns, launches, events, and announcements from planning through delivery.
Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, reporting, and overall client satisfaction.
Support the CEO in proposals, pitches, and new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in PR or communications.
Proven experience leading client accounts and teams ; agency experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English ; Kurdish is a plus.
Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines while maintaining quality.
Confident in senior client meetings, presentations, and crisis situations.
Strong understanding of Iraq’s media, cultural, and business landscape .
