Graduate Engineers - Multiple Disciplines

About this role

HanmiGlobal is inviting Saudi graduates to join its client-side programme and construction management (PMCM) team on a major government land-development and infrastructure programme in Riyadh. A Lead Developer designs and builds the programme's infrastructure, including roads, water, sewer, storm drainage, power and street lighting, irrigation, landscape and telecom, and our team reviews, supervises and accepts that work on the client's behalf.

As a Saudi Graduate you rotate through site supervision, quality, planning, commercial and technical functions under experienced engineers, building practical PMCM skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and project teams in planning, design, and implementation activities.
• Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation.
• Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to learn and contribute to project tasks.
• Engage in training programs and professional development opportunities.
• Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Perform technical research and support problem-solving activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree recently obtained in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience.
• Strong enthusiasm to learn and develop technical and professional skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of engineering software is a plus.
