Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Finnish Speaking Zalando Customer Expert position in Greece to represent one of the world's leading fashion retailers. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the online retail sector, resolving inquiries with a premium service mindset.
Manage order processing, tracking, and returns for Zalando shoppers with high attention to detail.
Provide expert fashion and sizing advice to enhance the online shopping experience for Finnish-speaking clientele.
Handle complaints or delivery issues promptly to maintain the high brand standards expected in the retail industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between warehouse logistics and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed logs and reports on customer interactions to support continuous improvement of retail operations.
Stay updated on seasonal fashion trends and promotional events to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within the European Union.
Proven experience in customer service or the retail industry is considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion and e-commerce.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude suitable for remote or office-based work environments in Greece.
Ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to assist retail shoppers efficiently.
