- ● Team Oversight: Manage the full team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, setting
- performance goals, and conducting reviews.
- ● Culture: Foster a positive, productive work environment that encourages collaboration
- and innovation.
- ● Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning by identifying areas for
- optimization and introducing new technologies or processes.
- Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance
- ● Architecture: Leverage a deep understanding of software development methodologies,
- architecture, and best practices to guide decision-making.
- ● Quality Control: Establish quality assurance processes, conduct code reviews, and
- implement testing strategies to ensure high reliability and quality standards.
- ● Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong technical background and stay up-to-date with
- the latest industry trends.
- Project Management & Collaboration
- ● Execution: Oversee project planning, resourcing, and execution to ensure timelines are
- estimated accurately and resources are allocated effectively.
- ● Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the bridge between development and other
- departments (Product, Marketing, Operations), conveying technical concepts to
- non-technical stakeholders.
- ● Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with diverse teams and
- communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- ● Education: A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- ● Total Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
- ● Technical Experience: 8+ years of experience designing and building scalable enterprise
- software.
- ● Management Experience: 7+ years of managing teams within a development
- organization.
- Skills & Languages
- ● Core
Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
- ● Agility: Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- ● Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
