Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Location: Vermont
Position Overview
Join our remote clinical team as a full-time LICSW serving adults in Vermont. You’ll manage a steady caseload and work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, major life changes, and other behavioral health needs. The position provides a consistent schedule and the ability to focus on ongoing client care from a remote setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead scheduled one-on-one therapy sessions
- Assess new clients and determine appropriate treatment goals
- Use evidence-based approaches suited to each client’s needs
- Review outcomes and make changes to care plans as needed
- Keep clinical notes and records current
- Connect clients with outside services when additional care is appropriate
- Meet applicable clinical and professional standards
Requirements
- Active Vermont LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Previous clinical therapy experience
- Comfort working independently in a remote role
