Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities that promote holistic development in young children.
- Work alongside the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Support children in both structured activities and free play, encouraging social interactions and cognitive growth.
- Help identify and address individual learning needs, providing tailored support to ensure every child can thrive.
- Maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies and support practices.
- Assist with classroom management, preparing resources, and maintaining an organized learning space.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
- A genuine passion for fostering the growth and development of young learners.
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles and diverse classroom needs.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
