About this role

ThreeTrader is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to improve performance across the digital customer journey—from landing-page engagement to account registration, verification and first-time deposit.

This role will own the experimentation roadmap and turn customer behaviour, qualitative research and performance data into measurable conversion improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across websites, landing pages and onboarding journeys.
  • Analyse customer behaviour across acquisition, registration, KYC, deposit and account-activation stages.
  • Identify friction points using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys and customer feedback.
  • Develop testable hypotheses based on potential commercial impact.
  • Plan and manage A/B and multivariate tests covering messaging, layout, forms, navigation, trust signals and calls to action.
  • Work with designers, developers and copywriters to produce and launch test variations.
  • Improve mobile conversion performance and page usability.
  • Optimise landing-page experiences by audience, campaign, market and traffic source.
  • Partner with the Product team to improve registration, verification and deposit flows.
  • Ensure experiments are statistically valid and properly measured.
  • Maintain a central record of hypotheses, tests, results and learnings.
  • Translate successful experiments into permanent product and website improvements.
  • Ensure all changes comply with regulatory, legal and brand requirements.
  • Promote a structured experimentation culture across marketing and product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth, digital product or performance optimisation.
  • Proven experience managing structured A/B testing programmes.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, customer funnels and experimental design.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, heatmapping and testing platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical design or content changes.
  • Strong understanding of UX, landing-page design, copy hierarchy and mobile usability.
  • Experience working with designers, engineers, analysts and compliance stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS or front-end development is advantageous.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, trading, SaaS or another regulated digital business is highly desirable.
  • Ideal Profile

You combine analytical discipline with strong customer and creative judgment. You can distinguish a real conversion improvement from short-term statistical noise and understand that success means producing more qualified, verified and funded clients—not merely increasing clicks.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus
  • Opportunity to own and shape creative direction in a high-growth market
  • A collaborative, international team culture with flat hierarchy
  • Modern office in Taichung with flexible working arrangements
  • Professional development budget and access to industry tools and resources
  • The chance to be part of a pivotal growth phase in the Asia-Pacific FinTech space
