Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + Benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide therapy services to clients throughout New Jersey. The counselor will conduct scheduled sessions, assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout care. This position requires strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and consistent documentation. The successful candidate will be able to manage an assigned caseload while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through telehealth
• Conduct initial assessments and identify presenting concerns
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Apply appropriate evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Monitor client progress and revise treatment goals when clinically indicated
• Complete session notes and other required clinical documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Licensed in New Jersey (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• 2+ years of therapy experience
• Comfortable using telehealth technology
