About this role
We are looking for Operational Collections Specialists with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions
- Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents
- Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures
- Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment
- Identifying areas or processes for improvements.
Requirements
About you
- Able to work full time
- Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Experience with MS Office package
- Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage)
- Work experience in debt collections (would be an advantage)
- Additional language skills (would be an advantage)
- Quick learner and good problem solver
- Attention to details and tech-savvy.
