我们正在为一所上海的学校招聘小学语文老师，到岗时间为2026年8月。
岗位职责
- 给6-12周岁的学生上语文课，每周最多不超过20节课（每节35分钟左右）；
- 根据学校课程要求设计并执行教学计划，并能按要求递交纸质教案；
- 通过正式或非正式的活动与作业，动态评价对学生取得的学习成果；
- 与其他中教和外教共同设计与执行基于课程的各项学生在校活动；
- 参加与教学相关的教师专业发展研修、校园开放日、招生等与学校事务相关的活动；
- 始终与同事、学生和家长保持专业的工作关系。
We are currently recruiting a primary school Chinese teacher for a school in Shanghai. The expected start date is August 2026.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach Chinese to students aged 6 to 12 years old. The maximum number of classes per week should not exceed 20 (each class lasting about 35 minutes).
- Design and implement teaching plans in accordance with the school's curriculum requirements, and submit the paper-based lesson plans as required.
- Through formal or informal activities and assignments, dynamically evaluate the learning outcomes achieved by students.
- Work together with other Chinese teachers and foreign teachers to design and implement various student activities related to the curriculum at school;
- Participate in teacher professional development workshops related to teaching, school open days, admissions, and other activities related to school affairs;
- Always maintain a professional working relationship with colleagues, students and parents.
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，汉语言文学及相关专业；
- 性格开朗、严谨敬业、热爱儿童和教育事业；
- 学习能力强、乐于挑战自我；
- 具有语文教研能力，具备课程设计经验；
- 有五年以上教学经验及班主任工作经验；
- 必须持有教师资格证书。
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Chinese Language and Literature or related fields;
- Cheerful in personality, diligent and dedicated, passionate about children and the field of education;
- Strong learning ability and a willingness to challenge oneself;
- Possess the ability in language teaching research and have experience in curriculum design;
- At least five years of teaching experience and experience as a class teacher;
- A teacher's qualification certificate is mandatory.
