We are looking for an experienced Power BI SME with strong expertise in designing enterprise-grade semantic models and data solutions.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimize Power BI Semantic Models for enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Build scalable data models using VertiPaq / Import Mode and optimize model performance.
- Design and implement Composite Models using appropriate storage modes.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage Power BI Workspace Security & RBAC .
- Integrate and model data from SQL Server and Oracle sources.
- Work closely with data engineering and business teams to define Common Data Models (CDM) / Enterprise Data Models (EDM) .
- Support Microsoft Fabric Dataflows and Data Factory implementations.
- Use Python/R to support Spotfire TERR conversion and related analytics requirements.
- Establish data modelling standards, best practices and governance across enterprise BI solutions.
