Senior Litigation Counsel (Russian language + ENG)

About this role

We are looking for a Senior Litigation Counsel with experience in IT / Fintech / banking for the legal team.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.)
• Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel
• Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT / fintech)
• Law degree and active admission to practice
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules

- Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills

• Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

strong knowledge of UK Common Law (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it), commercial litigation, ADR experience; flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel.
