We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Retail team. In this role, you'll serve as a key operational support function for our Account Management and Merchant Operations teams, helping ensure smooth day-to-day execution across our retail and grocery partners. You'll handle a variety of operational, administrative, and logistical tasks, while adapting to evolving business needs and supporting high-impact initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operational Support
• Provide day-to-day operational support to Account Management and Merchant Operations teams.
• Execute a variety of administrative and back-office processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor ongoing operational workflows and ensure adherence to internal processes and guidelines.
• Support business-critical and seasonal initiatives by coordinating updates and operational tasks across merchant portfolios.
• Device & Logistics Coordination
• Manage the preparation, configuration, and shipment of operational devices for merchant partners.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics processes with external vendors and service providers.
• Track inventory and device allocation while ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
• Financial & Administrative Tasks
• Review operational credits, deductions, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
• Support ongoing reporting, documentation, and process tracking activities.
• Merchant Operations Support
• Assist Merchant Operations teams during peak periods and operational projects.
• Support outbound communication with merchant partners regarding operational updates, procedures, and business requirements.
• Help drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
• What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics coordination, or similar roles is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong execution skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help internal and external stakeholders succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools; Excel experience is an advantage.
