Wolt Benefits is a rapidly growing B2B business at Wolt, with a clear mission: to bring the same great user experience that Wolt is known for to business users around the world. Through Wolt’s established delivery network and a wide range of restaurant and retail partners, Wolt for Work helps companies support their employees wherever they work, strengthen team connections, and simplify the way they run office and team events.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Sales Manager to join our journey and help accelerate Wolt Benefits’s growth in Israel. This role sits at the heart of our expansion efforts, combining strategic enterprise sales with a strong execution mindset and close collaboration across teams.
What you’ll be doing
- In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales acquisition process and play a key role in expanding Wolt Benefit’s footprint among large and complex organizations.
Day-to-day in this role
- you’ll:
- Own end-to-end commercial processes, from identifying new business opportunities and building trusted relationships to negotiating and closing strategic deals.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and creating long-term partnerships.
- Lead strategic commercial conversations, navigate multiple stakeholders, and drive opportunities forward through influence and collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, working closely with internal teams to shape tailored commercial solutions.
- Analyze pipeline and commercial performance to identify opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and continuously improve execution.
- Partner closely with Account Management, Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and long-term success.
- Drive business development initiatives through networking, partnerships, industry events and creative outbound activities.
- Our humble expectations
- Experience leading commercial, business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or other complex client-facing processes in a B2B environment.
- A true people person with a consultative mindset, able to quickly build trust, understand customer challenges, and develop meaningful, long-lasting business relationships.
- Proven ability to lead commercial conversations, navigate multiple stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and drive opportunities from initial engagement through successful outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt your approach to different stakeholders and business needs.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, managing a structured pipeline, and using data to prioritize opportunities and drive results.
- Highly proactive, curious, and execution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to combine fieldwork with in-office work in our Tel Aviv office.
