The Construction Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Put gigawatts in the ground, faster than anyone has. We're delivering one of the largest data center buildouts of its kind, with many sites running at once. Traditional construction management breaks at this scale, so we're building the model that replaces it.
• Throw out traditional construction and invent how gigawatts get built. Tons of tools, layers of process, and administrative drag don't get you there. You'll strip all of that out and win by solving the real problem and beating the goal, not by managing toward it.
• Productize the data center so we can build it a thousand times. You'll turn one-off construction into a repeatable, modular build, where the hundredth site goes up faster and cleaner than the first. That repeatability is the only way to reach the scale we're targeting.

Role Scope

• Run a data center construction project end to end: budget, schedule, contracts, and stakeholders from notice to proceed through turnover.
• Manage GC and trade contracts commercially: change orders, pay applications, claims, and closeout with no surprises.
• Chair the owner-architect-contractor rhythm and keep decisions moving at build speed.
• Hand the finished building to commissioning and operations clean, with documentation that survives the first audit.

What We're Looking For

• You've project-managed $100M+ construction and brought it in on the numbers.
• You've negotiated change orders where the contractor's position was well-argued and wrong.
• You run meetings that end in decisions with owners and dates.
• You've managed design teams and contractors simultaneously without becoming the bottleneck.
• Your project documentation has survived a claim or an audit.
• Bonus: Data center or mission critical projects. EPC or design-build contracts. Cost control tooling. Commissioning handover.
