A Day in the Life

You're the spark that starts it all. You'll catch the eye of mall shoppers, strike up a conversation, and turn that first "hey, can I ask you something?" into a real connection — guiding women toward programs and products that make them feel their best.

What You'll Do

• Turn mall foot traffic into real conversations — and real conversations into enrollments
• Educate shoppers on Willow's health programs and wellness products in a way that feels genuine, not pushy
• Consistently hit your daily and monthly sales goals
• Represent a trusted, growing healthcare brand with polish and confidence
• Accurately capture patient info at point of sale
• Help bring pop-up events and local promotions to life
• Keep the momentum going even in slow moments — social media, DMs, texts, and outreach to keep new patients coming in
• What Makes You a Great Fit
• You've excelled in face-to-face or retail sales — bonus points if it's in beauty, wellness, or health
• You're not afraid to walk up to a stranger and start a conversation
• You can explain things clearly, without sounding salesy or pushy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
• You're comfortable on social media and know how to engage an audience online
• You're coachable, competitive, and self-driven
