Motion Designer

About this role

At Rehire, we are partnering with a renowned global leader in information, analytics, and technology in their search for a Motion Designer, a key position within their in-house creative agency.

We are looking for a creative professional with a passion for animation, visual storytelling, and innovation, capable of developing high-impact audiovisual content for global campaigns. The successful candidate will work alongside Creative Directors, Producers, Designers, and Copywriters, participating in projects for an internationally recognized brand.

Responsibilities

• · Design and produce motion graphics pieces for digital and corporate campaigns.
• · Create videos for social media, multichannel campaigns, corporate videos, explainer videos, and branded audiovisual content.
• · Develop visual concepts aligned with the creative strategy and branding guidelines.
• · Collaborate with creative teams to transform ideas into engaging audiovisual experiences.
• · Participate in ideation processes, storyboarding, and the development of animated pieces.
• · Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize design and production processes.
• · Adapt audiovisual pieces for different platforms and digital formats.
• · Participate in creative concept presentations alongside the design team.
• · Ensure high quality standards, attention to detail, and visual consistency across all productions.

Requirements

• · An updated portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.
• · Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Film, Animation, or a related field.
• · 4+ years of experience in Motion Design and audiovisual production. (MANDATORY)
• · Proficiency in professional animation and video editing tools.
• · Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual narrative.
• · Experience developing content for social media, digital campaigns, and audiovisual pieces.
• · Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• · Fluent written and spoken English (Required).

About the Position

· Work Model: Hybrid (Offices located at the BBVA Tower on Av. Alem).

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

· Contract Type: Full-time permanent position.
