We are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Deputy CTO) with a strong background in backend development to support the organization's technology leadership and software development activities. The role will focus on overseeing backend engineering initiatives, supporting technical decision-making, and contributing to the development and improvement of technology solutions.

- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CTO in overseeing the organization's technology development activities.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight for backend development initiatives.
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and the development of scalable technology solutions.
- Review technical challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support the implementation of technology strategies and engineering priorities.
- Contribute to improving backend development practices, system performance, and overall technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with the CTO and relevant stakeholders on technology-related initiatives.
