Global M&A Marketing Associate

This is an entry level position a candidate with up to three years of work experience who wants to enter the exciting world of Mergers & Acquisitions by joining a growing team at a boutique investment banking firm. You will work with Entrepreneurs, CEOs and Presidents. You must be motivated, process-driven, enjoy a fast-pace and love teamwork but can work independently as well.

Responsibilities

• · Coordinate with the investment team to prepare client for campaign market launch
• · Develop relationships with clients
• · Engage in conversations with potential buyers – CEOs, Presidents, Managing Directors
• · Communicate regularly with buyers via email and phone
• · Obtain questions from potential buyers
• · Drive deal momentum by updating buyers weekly with new client information
• · Ensure buyers follow our process timeline
• · Provide client with weekly updates on campaign status
• · Work with the Underwriting and Closing team throughout the deal process
• · Solicit Indication of Interest (first round bids) from all buyers
• · Transition Indications of Interest to Closing team
• · Attend client marketing meetings and kick-off meetings
• · Be our client’s biggest advocate to buyers
• · Facilitate marketing clients domestically and internationally
• · Participate in multiple campaigns simultaneously

Requirements

• · Recent graduate or 1-3 Years of Business Experience
• · A Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Business or Marketing
• · Goal oriented: Find the most buyers, get most offers, highest price for our client
• · Hard working, aggressive, motivated, team player
• · Ability to be at ease with clients and C-Level contacts globally globally
• Knowledge of:
• · Software: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, MS Office
• · Research Tools: CapitalIQ, Hoovers, Pitchbook, IbisWorld, LinkedIn
