Understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction. As a Client Advisor, you will leverage your expertise in technology sales and customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet automotive needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
• Work with guests in store and through the CRM with internet leads and phone opportunities to drive consistent client engagement and satisfaction.
• Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM software for effective account management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
