Little Giants and Kid's Cove is currently seeking a qualified Educational Coordinator.
Supports multiple Tampa-area centers
Conducts classroom observations and curriculum/program audits
Ensures curriculum implementation and fidelity
Supports teacher onboarding and curriculum training
Coaches teachers and provides classroom-level feedback/support
Identifies gaps and partners with center leadership on improvements
Travels routinely between assigned centers
Minimum Qualifications include: 2 years ECE experience, staff credentials (CDA, FCCPC or an Associates in related field), and management experience required.

Pay Range
$18—$23 Usd
