Best Office Staff is looking for experienced B2C Lead Management Specialists to support a client in the healthcare and wellness industry.
We're looking for candidates with previous experience in medical or healthcare-related lead calling who can confidently engage with fresh leads, handle outbound calls, and follow up with prospective patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact fresh leads generated daily through outbound calls.
- Follow up with prospective patients and respond to inquiries.
- Qualify leads and help schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities.
- Communicate professionally with potential patients.
- Make outbound calls Monday to Friday during office hours.
- What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in medical or healthcare-related lead calling.
- Experience in B2C outbound calling, lead management, or appointment setting.
- Strong English communication and customer engagement skills.
- Comfortable handling fresh leads and daily follow-ups.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Available to work Monday to Friday during office hours.
