Role Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategies of the organization. They provide financial leadership, drive profitability, and ensure effective financial planning and reporting. The CFO plays a critical role in supporting the company's growth and ensuring its long-term financial health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and risk management activities.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities, recommending appropriate strategies.
• Drive efficiency and cost optimization initiatives across the organization.
• Evaluate and advise on potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business opportunities.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university require; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferably
• CPA or CMA preferred
• 20+ years of prior work experience in SAP, professional services and/or Consumer Industries (Consumer Products, Fashion, Retail, and/or Wholesale Distribution) with proven leadership experience at the executive level

• Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive financial role, preferably in the professional services or technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial planning.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.

• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Solid understanding of SAP and the professional services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information effectively.
