Responsibilities
- Deliver business result and algin business direction as priority
- Overseeing and optimizing all aspects of store operations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners at corporate and in the field
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Marketing with 10 years of significant experience in Sales and Retail Operations Management, of which at least 5 years in a Senior Manager position
- Strong drive with sound business/commercial acumen skills
