Job Description

The intern will be responsible in the following:
Assist TS Manager to:
- Update database for knowledge mgmt:
a) vendor list
b) waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
c) cost database
- Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Design Mgmt, Procurement, Construction, Document Mgmt, Defects Mgmt etc)
- Explore opportunities for automation / optimization using AI.
- Opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders throughout the value chain and understanding the real estate industry more.
Learning Outcomes:
-Learning opportunities in asset enhancement, and project mgmt of real estate projects
-Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business
Job Requirements
- Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful.
- Proficient in using internet / AI for research and ability to validate the data.
