About this role
Mood Fabrics is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our Warehouse Team in Lodi, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime and occasional weekend availability as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Picking and prepping customer orders for Fabric, Buttons, Notions and Trim-Inventory and Fulfillment
- Receiving shipments, cycle counts, etc.
- Utilizing our Inventory Control System to view and complete orders
- Escalating inventory matters to an Order Fulfillment Specialist as needed
- Building rapport with coworkers across departments to facilitate clear and honest communication in a supportive and professional manner.
- You must have the ability to learn:
- Our inventory standards, layout, and organization
- Inventory Control System
- SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) Numbering Scheme
- previous inventory experience a plus
- Requirements
- Great communication skills (oral and written)
- English proficiency required
- High attention to detail, especially inventory counts
- Ability to keep track of multiple components of the same order
- Ability to problem solve as needed
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Experience with Outlook/Excel/Word/Google Drive a plus
- Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
- Inventory experience, or related industry experience, is a plus
- Job Type: Full-time
