What the role entails!
- Launch with Built-In Infrastructure: Collaborate with our team using our pre-built guidelines, handbooks, and clinical operations frameworks to get your practice up and running seamlessly.
- Hassle-Free Billing & Payor Management: Partner directly with our insurance experts to handle billing, clear payor requirements, and meet submission deadlines—so you actually get paid on time without the administrative headaches.
- Lead & Mentor Your Clinical Team: Provide impactful field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians, delivering real-time feedback and training to ensure top-tier ABA intervention delivery.
- Deliver Meticulous, Evidence-Based Care: Conduct functional assessments, craft progress reports, and continuously adapt treatment plans grounded in the latest research findings.
- Empower Families & Caregivers: Collaborate directly with families to design customized behavior support strategies and deliver hands-on intervention training to parents and staff alike.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Valid BCBA Certification.
- Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.
- Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
